Following the huge success of our first retreat in September, we have booked more dates for 2020.
Join us for a weekend of self-care and relaxation in luxury surroundings nestled in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. This retreat aims to give you time to yourself to feel cared for and care free, and we want you to feel empowered to make self-care a priority.
During the weekend you will take part in Physio led Pilates classes, guided relaxation and mindfulness sessions and an optional outdoor Physio led exercise class. All abilities will be catered for so there is no need for previous Pilates or mindfulness experience. You can also look forward to delicious, healthy, vegetarian food and plenty of free time for you to relax, unwind and reset.
Claire and Zoe will welcome you on Friday afternoon and show you around your luxury accommodation. You can then begin to relax and settle in to the calm and secluded setting.
The first session of the weekend will be a ‘Just Relax’ class led by Zoe, helping you to switch off and settle in.
On Saturday morning Claire will teach a Pilates class, focusing on stretching the body and waking up the core muscles to allow us to feel more balanced and comfortable. There will be an optional Physio led outdoor exercise session on Saturday afternoon. We will then finish the day with another relaxation class.
On Sunday morning, our final session of the weekend will be led by Claire who will take us through a more intense Pilates class, this time focusing more on strength and improving our posture and positioning.
We want you to feel refreshed, calmer and stronger at the end of the weekend. You will be given tips and tools to help you to maintain this feeling and allow you to continue to care for yourself both physically and mentally.
Price and Booking
- 2 Physio led Pilates classes, 2 Mindfulness and relaxation sessions, 1 Physio led outdoor exercises class.
- Luxury en-suite accommodation at the Lighthouse Barn, Derbyshire (please note that most rooms are based on 3 people sharing… so bring 2 friends along!).
- 5 homecooked vegetarian meals (most special dietary requirements can be catered for).
- Cake and tea on arrival.
- Use of all exercise equipment
What’s not included:
- Transport (car sharing can be facilitated).
- Soft drinks and wine, but feel free to bring your own!
Total amount: £275 (early bird discounted price of £250 if booked by 04/11/19)
Deposit: 50% of total cost – final balance to be paid by 6th December 2019 (12 weeks before retreat)

Cancellations and refunds
Deposits paid are non-refundable, therefore, any cancellations will not include a return of the deposit. Should a cancellation be made 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit and 10 percent administration charge. All cancellations after the 8-week period will not be refunded unless your place is filled.
