We’re Back in 2026 — With a Fresh Twist!
After the incredible success of my previous weekend retreats in collaboration with Becca of These Women Do, I’m thrilled to announce two Women’s retreats for 2026 — and this time, we’re doing things a little differently!
Join me for two unforgettable weekends of self-care, movement, and relaxation in luxurious surroundings, nestled in the heart of the stunning Derbyshire Dales. These retreats are designed to give you space to recharge, reconnect, and feel truly cared for — while empowering you to make self-care a lasting priority.
🏃♀️ Retreat 1: Women’s Running Retreat: £325pp
Dates: Friday 6th – Sunday 8th March 2026
This energising weekend is perfect for women who love to run! You’ll enjoy:
- Physio-led Pilates sessions focused on runner-specific strength and mobility
- A 5–15k trail run through the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, led by a PT and Physio
- A dynamic PT-led circuit class
- Time to unwind in the outdoor hot tub
🧘♀️ Retreat 2: Women’s Wellness Retreat: £305pp
Dates: Friday 6th – Sunday 8th November 2026
This nurturing retreat is all about slowing down and tuning in. You’ll experience:
- Physio-led Pilates to support your body and mind
- Guided relaxation sessions to help you fully unwind
- PT-led HIIT workouts to energise and strengthen
- An optional outdoor walk or run in our peaceful surroundings
- Mini treatments from a local beauty therapist to help you feel pampered
What’s included
On both weekends, you’ll enjoy:
- Luxury en-suite accommodation at the Lighthouse Barn, Derbyshire (please note that most rooms are based on 3 people sharing… so bring your friends along!)
- Delicious, healthy vegetarian meals
- Cake and tea on arrival, and plenty of healthy snacks throughout the weekend
- Plenty of free time to relax, reflect, and reset
- A supportive environment where you’ll leave feeling refreshed, calmer, and stronger
You’ll also receive practical tools and tips to help you maintain that feeling long after the retreat ends — supporting your physical and mental wellbeing every day.

The details…..
Women’s Running Retreat
Friday 6th – Sunday 8th March 2026
Join us for a rejuvenating weekend designed specifically for women who love to run. Set in a peaceful, luxurious location, this retreat offers the perfect blend of movement, relaxation, and connection.
Friday
Arrive in the afternoon and be warmly welcomed to your beautiful accommodation where you can take time to unwind and soak in the calm, secluded surroundings.
Later, Claire will guide a Physio-led Pilates session tailored for runners—focusing on posture, strength, mobility, and some relaxation to help you settle in and feel grounded.
Enjoy more time to unwind after a delicious homecooked dinner and perhaps a soak in the outdoor hot tub.
Saturday
After a light breakfast, we’ll head out for a scenic trail run in the Derbyshire Dales led by Claire and Becca from These Women Do. Multiple distance options will be available, but a base level of running fitness is recommended.
We’ll return for a nourishing lunch and a restful afternoon—think outdoor hot tub, quiet time, and good company.
The day will close with a second Pilates session led by Claire, this time focusing on mobility and deep stretching to support recovery. And of course, another comforting dinner and more time to relax.
Sunday
Becca will lead our final session: a dynamic blend of circuit training and strength work, woven into shorter interval runs to leave you feeling strong and energised.
We will then finish the weekend enjoying a delicious and nutritious breakfast before heading home feeling calmer and refreshed.
Women’s Wellness Retreat
Friday 6th – Sunday 8th November 2026
This weekend is all about restoring balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a mix of movement, mindfulness, and self-care, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
Friday
Once you have settled into your beautiful accommodation we’ll begin with a gentle, Physio-led Pilates session with Claire, designed to stretch the body, awaken the core, and help you fully arrive in the space—ready to unwind and reset. Afterwards you can enjoy a comforting homecooked dinner and time to relax.
Saturday
Start the day with a full-body HIIT circuit session led by Becca (These Women Do), using a variety of equipment to challenge and energise.
Afterwards you can indulge in mini treatments offered by our local beauty therapist and in the afternoon, there is an optional guided outdoor walk or run.
We’ll end the day with a more strength-focused Pilates session with Claire, aimed at improving posture, alignment, and body awareness. And then relax over another delicious homecooked dinner and more relaxation time.
Sunday
Our final session will be a vibrant cardio and abs workout with Becca—ideally held on the outdoor terrace if the weather allows—leaving you feeling uplifted and empowered. The weekend will draw to a close after a nutritious breakfast and some final time to switch off in the peaceful surroundings.

Deposit is 50% of total cost – final balance to be paid 12 weeks before retreat. Payment plans are also available.
Cancellations and refunds
Deposits paid are non-refundable, therefore, any cancellations will not include a return of the deposit. Should a cancellation be made more than 10 weeks prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit and 10 percent administration charge. All cancellations after the 10-week period will not be refunded unless your place is filled.
